That’s exactly why the Wealthy Women Network is proud to present the 1st Annual Boss Moves Awards Show a premier celebration created to spotlight Bay Area entrepreneurs, leaders, creators, and change-makers who are truly moving with purpose. This is more than an award show. It’s a movement to honor excellence, elevate stories, and create legacy right here in the Bay Area.

Why the Boss Moves Awards Were Created?

The Boss Moves Awards were born out of a simple but powerful mission:
to give flowers to those who are doing the work and creating real impact in their industries and communities. Whether they’re building brands, creating opportunities, giving back, or breaking barriers this stage is for those who are unapologetically stepping into their purpose.

Too often, the people making the biggest difference don’t receive the recognition they deserve. We believe success isn’t just about titles or followers it’s about courage, consistency, leadership, resilience, and the bold decisions that move businesses, communities, and culture forward.

Nominations Are Now Open

Nominations for the Boss Moves Awards are officially open, and we invite the community to participate. Individuals may nominate themselves or someone they believe deserves recognition.

Public Voting

Community involvement is a key part of the Boss Moves Awards experience. All nominees will move into public voting, allowing supporters and peers to cast their votes and show love to nominees who inspire them. Public voting will begin on January 18.
